MEET THE TEAM

My name is Joseph Perez, and I’m the owner of Elite Service Co. LLC. I’ve been in the HVAC industry for 16 years. I went to Columbus Technical College at 20 years old, and graduated with an Air Conditioning Technology diploma. I started working for a local company after tech school. I worked with Indoor Solutions for 9 years and they taught me the core values of customer service and quality workmanship. I say that because if we can’t get to you for some reason, I would absolutely recommend them as your second pick.

My goal in starting this company was to be able to provide a quality service to my community and give back with the trade I have come to master. There is no better reward than feeling than leaving a customer's house on a 98° degree day in the middle of July and feeling like super man because I was able to get the air conditioner back online and cool a home so my customer can sleep comfortably at night.

My enjoyment outside of work is family, I enjoy time with my kids and my beautiful fiancé soon to be wife Brisa. I enjoy hunting as well primarily duck hunting. I enjoy dove hunting and deer hunting but I’m big on duck hunting in the Mississippi delta. There’s absolutely nothing like it and I’m always open to taking customers if you’re up for it!

Hi, my name is Brisa McRae and I am the Office Secretary for Elite Service Company. I was born and raised right here in the Fountain City. I have been working in customer service for 11 years and all of the experience I have gained has helped me fulfill this role here at Elite for the last 4 years. 

Outside of work you can find me spending time with my two kids, Ellie and Rhett, and with my fiancé Joe; soaking in and making all the memories we can together. Joe and I are dedicated in all aspects to both our job and family. We take pride in knowing that we can keep your family comfortable in the middle of the summer or the winter.

My name is John Serrano and I was born in Brooklyn, New York. Before I worked on AC's I worked as a mechanic for 4 years. I love bikes, cars and being outdoors. I graduated from the NASCAR technical institute and have been trained by the best HVAC technician in the business, Joseph Perez! What brings me a lot of joy is leaving customers' homes, knowing they've been properly taken care of.

My name is Wayne Shores, I’m a veteran and work at Elite Service company as an install technician. I’m originally from Los Angeles, CA and I joined the US Army when I was 19 years old. In my free time, I play in a touring band and have played the guitar since I was an adolescent. My wife and I recently welcomed a beautiful baby girl into our family.

My name is Mitevious Lusk, but I usually go by Tez. I was born and raised here in Columbus, GA. My biggest passion is football and attending games and tailgating. I have been doing HVAC for 4 years now, after working in supply store for 3 years. Doing HVAC work brings me the satisfaction of making people's lives more comfortable.

My name is Sean Terry, but everybody calls me Shaggy! I was born in North Carolina and raised here in Harris County. I’ve been doing HVAC for 10 years. Outside of work, I like to duck hunt and ride my motorcycle. My favorite thing about my job is the people I get to meet and the constant challenge.

Hi! My name is James Slocum, I was born and raised here in Columbus, Georgia.  I’ve been in the HVAC field since I was 19, and I now have almost 10 years of passionate experience. I have a beautiful fiancé and daughter who I love to spend time with. I love being outside, riding my motorcycle, skateboarding, fishing and hunting. My life is a blend of hard work, family, and having fun making memories. I am thankful and proud to be a part of the Elite Service Company team! 

Hello, I’m Sandel Rodriguez. I’m 26 years old, I come from the island of Puerto Rico- and I am a passionate crew member of the Elite Service Company. My expertise lies in installing and service tech. I can say that I am a very dedicated person in all aspects and take my job very seriously. Outside of work, I enjoy the company of my friends and photography both of which help me bring balance to my professional and personal life. I am both happy and excited to assist you.

My name is Carson Sweatt I was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia. I've been doing HVAC for a couple years now, so there's still a lot to learn. I like to work with my hands and it can be satisfying work so I enjoy it. When I'm not doing HVAC, I'm either fishing, golfing, or anything outdoors.
